7R Ranch

7-R Ranch is a private gated resort community found in Southern Palo Pinto County.  The community features parcels ranging from 1 to 10+ acres and a whole host of amenities for owners to enjoy. Joel was our guy from then on and he assisted us on the development and design of our home plan with Castlemont. He made everything simple from the signing of the home contract to the design and details leading up to the buildout, etc…it was exceptional. Once we broke ground, we began communication with our foreman. We have built 3 different homes and 4 businesses in the past couple decades, and we never had a better foreman. Danny and Castlemont essentially built our home exactly as we wanted while we were living 5 hours away. They were so accessible and perfectionists. The entire process from meeting Joel until we moved into our new home was wonderful. It was amazing hearing stories of supply issues and building delays across the country, but Castlemont seemed immune to the problems. They stayed on schedule and got us in on schedule.
