Brock

The City of Brock was created in 2016, but the community has been on the map since 1880. Brock America, as the locals call it, is just a few miles west of Weatherford and in very close proximity to Interstate 20 making it a convenient location for those looking to escape to the country, while maintaining quick access back into Fort Worth. The community passionately supports its school district with displays of Brock Eagle pride obvious throughout the community. And there is certainly a lot to be proud of, with Brock ISD consistently ranking among the most successful 3A schools in the state both in athletics and academics. Brock ISD is a seven-time winner of the UIL Lone Star Cup, awarded to the top school in the state in each classification for success in athletic and academic pursuits. Downtown Brock is the quintessential small-town area with dining, various service providers, retail stores, banking, pharmacy, office space and more. Major shopping and dining are available with just a ten-minute drive to Weatherford. Many beautiful communities are in the Brock ISD, including two golf course communities… Canyon West and SugarTree! In the last 10 years Brock has been growing quickly with many beautiful custom home communities being developed that offer 2+ acre lots. The community has many desirable attributes so certainly that growth is expected to continue well into the future!
