Gaines Bend

Gaines Bend features some of the most dynamic waterfront properties at Possum Kingdom, but unlike many of the communities at PK, this one is still under development today. The community currently includes over 250 properties, but new Gaines Bend development plans call for us to 800 additional tracts to be developed that will include single family, multi-family condos and townhomes.
