Millsap

Millsap is located about 14 miles west of Weatherford on FM-113. The community was established in the late 1800’s and grew quickly in that era when the Texas & Pacific Railway expanded into the community. Over the years since then the community shrank and grew at times, but in recent years the community is beginning to grow at historic levels. Make no mistake, Millsap is still a small town that offers a fantastic rural lifestyle, but that secret has started to escape, and more people are finding Millsap to be the perfect location for their home. The community is located about halfway between Weatherford and Palo Pinto with the Brazos River and the Palo Pinto Mountains in its midst. The rugged countryside found in some areas of Millsap are among the most beautiful in Texas! The community offers quick and easy access back into the much larger cities of Weatherford and Mineral Wells for major shopping and dining, while providing the perfect backdrop to enjoy quiet picturesque country living.
