Sugartree on the Brazos

The SugarTree Community surrounds SugarTree Golf Club along the Brazos River. There are homes that are part of the HOA as well as some located outside of the gates of the HOA, but all properties are in Brock ISD. SugarTree Golf Club has one of the most beautiful courses in the state and has often been recognized within the golf industry. Homesites within the community range from half-acre to 2+ acres in size.
