From there the homes can be upgraded based on our published upgrade price sheet available at that time.
Items such as custom-built wood cabinets, granite or quartzite countertops throughout, Delta faucets, hand scraped hardwood floors, concrete driveways, energy efficient vinyl windows, wet blow cellulose wall insulation, 30-year architectural shingles and more are basic standards we expect to provide in all homes that we build. These selections may be fully customized to meet your desires when contracting to build a custom home for you!
