Items such as custom-built wood cabinets, Moen fixtures, hand laid tile, free delivery and installation, 2×4 16” on center walls, 2×6 16” on center floor joists, 1/2” Sheetrock that is taped and textured, and more are basic standards we expect to provide in all homes that we build.
